Next Day Delivery
Order and pay for your order on any business day (Monday – Friday) before 9.00am for *Next Day Delivery.
*Next Day Delivery is guaranteed for a wide range of smaller runs in the North Island. South Island deliveries will be the day after unless the customer purchases a special courier service. Printing requiring special finishing such as laminating, creasing, folding etc will take one additional day.
Large orders will require an extended turnaround time.
*NEXT DAY DELIVERY CHARGES (per box):
- Greater Auckland: $35.00 plus GST
- North Island (outside Auckland): $40.00 plus GST
- South Island: $50.00 plus GST
IF YOU WISH TO COLLECT YOUR PRINTING:
Order and pay for your order before 9.00am on any business day and your printing will be ready to collect from 8.00am the following day. If you wish to collect the same day an EXPRESS charge of $40.00 plus GST will apply and the goods will be ready to collect after 4.30pm from 109 Dominion Road.
Some larger orders may not be able to be completed within the same day. Our team will discuss at the time of consultation.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES (per box):
- Auckland: $18.50 plus GST
- North Island (outside Auckland): $25.00 plus GST
- South Island: $37.50 plus GST
Please Note: you will be sent a text from our dispatch counter when your goods are packed and ready to be collected or about to go on the next courier. A track and trace number will also be sent if you wish to locate your goods once collected.
Charges, weights and order size: All charges listed here apply to a single carton up to 25kgs.
Price Match Guarantee
Found a lower price somewhere else? Let us know before you order and we'll do our best to match it. Here's how it works.
To qualify, the competing quote must be:
- From a New Zealand-based local printer. We don't match overseas or offshore online printers.
- A genuine, current, written quote (email or PDF) — not a verbal price, screenshot of a general web price, or expired offer.
- Like-for-like — the same product, quantity, stock, size, finish, and turnaround. If the specs differ, it's not a fair comparison and we can't match it.
How to claim:
Send us the competitor's written quote before you place your order. We'll review it and let you know if we can match the price. The match must be requested and agreed before your job goes into production — we can't apply it after you've ordered.
Our right to refuse:
The Print Company reserves the right to refuse a price match at our discretion. This includes (but isn't limited to) quotes we believe are not genuine, pricing errors, jobs priced below our cost, one-off clearance or loss-leader deals, and specs that don't match. Our decision is final. This guarantee doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Promo, Gifting & Event Products
Promo products, gifting and event items are made to order or specially sourced for you, so they work a little differently to our standard print. Here's what to expect.
Turnaround
- Most promo, gifting and event products have a turnaround of 5–10 working days.
- Some items — larger runs, custom finishes, events, flags and bespoke packaging — take a bit longer.
- Your exact turnaround will always be confirmed in writing with your quote before you proceed. Nothing goes ahead until you've approved it.
- Next Day Delivery does not apply to these products.
Timing starts on approval
Production begins once your artwork is approved as print-ready and payment (or an approved account) is confirmed. If we're waiting on artwork or approval, the clock is paused until we have what we need.
Delivery
Delivery on these products is quoted per order — it depends on the size, weight and destination, so our standard delivery rates don't apply. Your delivery cost will be included in your quote before you proceed.
Pricing
These products are priced per quote. All prices are + GST unless stated otherwise, and your quote is confirmed with you before any work starts.
Products Showing $0.00
If a product shows a price of $0.00, that's not a free item — it means it's priced on enquiry. These products vary by spec, quantity or finish, so we quote them individually. Add it to your enquiry or get in touch, and we'll send you a price and turnaround before anything goes ahead. No order is confirmed, and no product is supplied free, on the basis of a $0.00 display price.
